Abseiling outdoor activities at carrowmena activity centre derry

 

Abseiling is ran at Carrowmena on the climbing wall or in Limavady at Roe Valley Country Park. Abseiling is a quick and effective way of getting down a wall or rock face while the adrenalin is pumping through your body. What goes up must come down, take a deep breath lean back and you’re on your way… just like that…….. and don’t forget to smile……

    i am interested in taking part in a large scale abseil event. i have recently seen this at the europa hotel in belfast and in the past at the BT building in derry.
    these events usually raise money and awareness for special causes.
    if u have any such events taking place in the near future, please contact me with details as members of staff including myself would be interested in taking part
