Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities, including but not limited to:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Liasing with customers and organising bookings for accommodation/activities
  • Updating and maintaining filing system

Part of this position will also involve work in a small cafe/tuck shop, serving customers, making sales and maintaining a clean work enviroment.

Hours will be on a casual basis.

Required Experience (at least 1 year):

  • Administrative
  • Social Media
  • Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel etc.)
